Support

It is important to send the full contents of your 'Error-Log' if something appears not to be working correctly.
This can be obtained from the 'File-Menu' by Clicking 'Error Log' or by entering 'Alt L' on your keyboard.
Please just copy and paste the Error-Log contents to the bottom of an email.
Do not send an attachment, unless requested, because this will not be opened.

Licensing

Licenses are offered on a perpetual per-PC-machine basis.
Licenses can only be purchased from an installed working Trial-Version of MagicWaterMark.
Licenses are automatically installed on the PC after making the required payment via PayPal.
In the unfortunate event that your PC malfunctioned at the exact instant you made a payment, please also send full details of your Paypal transaction together with an Error-Log copy.
You can then be provided with an alternative Licensing method - but this will only work on the PC you purchased a License for.
